Our offsite work placement at the local Poundland Warehouse offers Trainees the chance to apply and enhance their retail skills in a dynamic, real-world environment.
We also run an offsite work placement at a local Poundland Warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity for Trainees to expand on the skills that they have gained in The Hamlet’s retail outlets and develop them further in an outside setting. The roles vary from stocking shelves with items from the warehouse, using the pricing gun, discounting items and quality control.
Our Trainees have become a part of the team at Poundland and even won Employees of the Month!
