Our onsite cafe is open to the general public, Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 2.30pm. Overseen by the Cafe Manager, Julie, and a fantastic team of staff, the Trainees work in every role in our cafe to deliver high quality food and drinks with excellent customer service.
From working the barista machine, taking orders, making food and using the till, Trainees are actively involved in every step. The team work closely with each Trainee to build the necessary skills and confidence needed and the bespoke visual systems in place within the cafe makes every role accessible to all. This has created a very warm, welcoming cafe where everyone feels like they belong to something special.
